1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the BOUDICA website and services, including our coaching subscriptions and one-off training programmes. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

BOUDICA offers two types of services:

• Coaching subscriptions — ongoing, personalised online personal training delivered through a third-party training app, billed monthly.
• One-off programmes — downloadable training programmes delivered by email as a digital file, purchased as a single payment.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Coaching subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process payment again. Your subscription may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after a reasonable number of attempts.

4. Digital products and delivery

One-off programmes are delivered digitally, by email, immediately upon successful payment. Because these are digital products delivered instantly, once a download link has been provided, the purchase is treated as fulfilled.

By purchasing a digital programme, you acknowledge and agree that you consent to immediate delivery of digital content and that this affects your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as explained further in our refund policy below.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Coaching subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.

One-off digital programmes: due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered, except where the product is faulty or not as described, or where required by UK consumer law.

If you believe there is a genuine issue with a purchase, contact us at hello@boudica.co.uk and we will review your request in good faith.

6. Health and fitness disclaimer

BOUDICA provides general fitness training guidance. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

You participate in any training programme or exercise at your own risk. BOUDICA is not liable for any injury sustained while following our programmes or coaching guidance, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided by BOUDICA, including training programmes, videos, plans, and website content, is the intellectual property of BOUDICA and is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased content with others.

8. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOUDICA's liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
