Simple and Delicious Salmon

The key is to not overcook the salmon!

Ingredients

1 Wild Caught Salmon Filet

2-3 TBSP Grassfed Butter, soften

3 Garlic Cloves, finely diced

1 TBSP Fresh Dill or parsley, finely diced optional

Himalayan Salt

Fresh Ground Pepper optional

Lime or lemon wedges optional

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

2. Lightly butter a baking pan and place the Salmon filet on top of it.

3. Generously spread the butter all over the filet and sprinkle on salt, pepper, diced garlic and dill.

4. Place in oven and carefully watch and check temperature as needed.

Wild Caught Salmon is done at 120-125 degrees. Takes around 15-20 minutes (but don't go by time!).

5. If using limes or lemons, squeeze them over the filet upon eating.

Enjoy!!!
