Grassfed Bone Broth

1lb Grassfed Beef Bones

1 Tbsp Himalayan Salt

1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar



1 Onion, cut in quarters

5 Crushed Garlic

2 Bay Leaves

1 Whole Chili

1Tbsp Tumeric Powder


Add everything to crockpot or large soup pan, adding just enough water to cover bones.

Bring to a boil.

Once brought to a boil, reduce temperature enough to allow bones to simmer and create a delicious and nutritious broth.

Simmer at least 3 hours and up to 48 hours.

Add more salt to taste and enjoy!

Traditionally, bone broth would be left on the fire warm, all week, adding water and salt as needed to drink morning and night!
