1lb Grassfed Beef Bones
1 Tbsp Himalayan Salt
1-2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Onion, cut in quarters
5 Crushed Garlic
2 Bay Leaves
1 Whole Chili
1Tbsp Tumeric Powder
Add everything to crockpot or large soup pan, adding just enough water to cover bones.
Bring to a boil.
Once brought to a boil, reduce temperature enough to allow bones to simmer and create a delicious and nutritious broth.
Simmer at least 3 hours and up to 48 hours.
Add more salt to taste and enjoy!
