Well I definitely didn't think my size was changing but strapping on my running belt these last few days proved that was a lie:)
Haley wrote up a diet plan for me. And I feel so much better. Haven't lost the pounds I want but will get there. She has taught me what foods produce insulin. I have pcos and produce insulin. Since then I can tell my swelling has went down and lost inches feeling better in clothes and not bloated. Thanks for the help girl.
But here’s an update!!
Start weight was 160lbs
Current weight is 146lbs
My scale also tells me that I’ve gained 8lbs of muscle!!
